President and CEO
Samuel Cortez Sr. is a retired air force veteran of 20 years. Sam served in the United States Air Force from 1982 to 2002, where he learned the value of quality and precision, in all aspects of life and work. When Sam retired he decided to work in the field of construction where he has excelled in project management. Sam has been working in construction for over 18 years, and continues to pursue his passion.

Samuel Cortez Jr. is an Army veteran of 20 years, having served in the United States Army since 2002. He has served in multiple combat environments since early 2003. His experience in the Army has built his character and leadership to the highest of levels. His time in the Army gave him the tools of high pressure decision making and understanding of mission requirements.
ROCIO CORTEZ
Railing operations manager
Rocio Cortez is an Army veteran, who is the railing operations manager for the railing division of SCI Construction. She oversees installation. Her time in the military is a contributing factor to her high safety awareness, dedication and attention to detail.
BRYAN CABALLERO
Skylight operations manager
Bryan oversees all skylight installations. Bryans certifications include
- CPI/Kingspan certified
- OSHA 30
- Welder Aluminum and steel
-CHC Asbestos Awareness course
-SAVEaLife Certificate, CPR, AED and first aid
-Qualified Rigger Level 1 From American Crane Safety
